KRE lead the six month effort to re-engineer the transfer/delivery process by facilitating the cross-functional problem framing meetings, designing and conducting statistically-based process validation studies, and coordinating recommendations for improvement. The work resulted in a 20% increase in performance levels and a greater level of collaboration across the functions.

A major airline had an aggressive goal to develop and launch a critical strategy within six months. This project involved the creation of a new airline model, including route network, pricing, aircraft rotations, crewing, on-board product design, new processes and procedures and a new culture. KRE played a number of roles including assisting in the development of a team communication strategy that facilitated rapid information exchange, developing the strategic communication strategy, and development of a post-implementation organizational structure.
